Cattails, 1999.

Upstate New York, USA.

I was looking for various ways of transformation for my show titled Transformation, at Eyewash, an exhibition space in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. These cattails I found in Harriman State Park in New York State. Because you look more thoroughly, photography allows us to see things we otherwise would not. Since then, I see them everywhere.
