To better my understanding, I explore social and/or natural phenomenon in my work and projects. Complexity, multiplicity, malleability and connectivity are at its’ core.

Observation, curiosity and research drive each project. I collect photos, videos and at times visuals from other sources, such as scientific or historic imagery, and catalogue them in various series/patterns. These are combined in a project. The interrelation between the series determines the meaning of each project. The subject matter of each series shapes the visuals, thus I have no signature photographic style.

Each series I consider a world by itself. Some never find a home in a project. You find the various series separate under the headings culture or nature

This site is an archive of my work. The project in progress link on the top right will lead you to my current project with the working title ‘NatureUntitled’, whereby I explore the connectivity of the human and other-than-human experience of nature. Over the years it has seen many iterations, in visuals as in ideas.
